I was always taught to understand that "If something seems too good to be true....it probably is". There are many companies out there that will lead you to believe that they are discounted or that they are giving their equipment to you at cost. Some may even say that they aren't making a dime. Those that are professionals in the industry understand that these are merely ploys to get their professional sales people into your home. If you get the opportunity to get a "free" service call, take advantage of the situation and get a reputable air conditioning company to give you a second opinion, before you fall prey to high pressure sales tactics.
Why do I need an equipment check every year?

We recommend that you get your air conditioning and heating units checked at least once per year. Grass, dirt, and other foreign particals can cause your air conditioning to run inefficiently. You may also experience power surges throughout the year that may cause damage to your power grid. A simple checkup can keep you from having to pay for expensive repairs or equipment replacement.
What should I consider when getting new equipment?

You may not realize it, but in the Texas summers your air conditioning unit turns off and on more than 5 times per hour on average an runs typically 8-10 minutes at a time. That is up to 50 minutes per hour! That equates to the unit turning on up to 240 times per day and 7,200 times per month! That is why we encourage our customers to have the best equipment installed, because quality equipment can last up to 20 years and the warranties can cover most repairs.
Which air conditioning equipment should we purchase?

We can service all makes and models, but when it comes to installing new equipment, we prefer American Standard. American Standard has been in business since the late 1800's manufacturing radiators and furnaces for homes. In 1986 American Standard purchased the Trane Company and now owns the patents and rights to use the Duration compressor and Spine Fine all-aluminum coils in their equipment.
